About Achari Gosht
This mutton curry is very easy to cook. Achari means pickle, mutton cooked by pickle spices. Mixed of fennel seeds, onion seeds, Fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
I added beetroot paste to give a rich texture and nutrition.

Ingredients
- 300 gm Mutton
- 2 tbsp Beetroot (or paste paste)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Masala (achari)
- 1 tbsp Onion Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- leaves Bay Leaves (bay)
- Whole Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Marinate the mutton with beetroot, tomato paste, curd, achari masala, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and chilli paste. Keep aside for 2 hours.
- Heat a pan add oil, bay leaves, whole garam masala and stir a minute. Add the marinated mutton stir a minute. Then cook with cover the lid for 15 minutes.
- Then see the softness and serve along with roti, paratha, biriyani.
