Many people are very much fond of potato. Eating on medium size potato ia day can be a part of healthy diet. It doesn't risk if the potato is steamed, boiled, baked and shallow fried. Here I shallow fried the aloo bhaji recipe with adding little poppy seeds to make it more tasty.

Ingredients
- 2 Potato (medium size)
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- ½ tsp Onion Seeds
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 Red Chillies (hotless)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Heat a pan add mustard oil, onion seeds and poppy seeds. Saute for a few seconds.
- Add potatoes, turmeric powder and salt. Mix together then sprinkle with little water and close the lid.
- After 5 minutes add chopped hotless red chilli and again close the lid.
- After then serve with rice/chapati or whatever you want.
