This is one of favourite snack of many people at our place (Bhubaneswar) and our favorite too!. Was really having craves to have these for long time..So prepared in my way!!

Recipe Time & More
Ingredients
- 2 Filling (or potato for medium size boiled potato)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 pinch Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Powder
- leaves Coriander (finely chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 gm Batter (or flour for flour)
- 1/4 cup Water (approximately)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (for frying)

Instructions
- ForFilling- Take a frying pan put oil once heated add onion to it and cook till it's translucent.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and sauté till the raw aroma goes off.
- Now add cumin powder, coriander powder, red Chilli powder and garam masala sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add mashed potatoes and mix well and cook for 5 min.
- Now add salt and mix properly.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well and keep the mixture aside to cool.
- For batter- In a mixing bowl add gram flour ,salt and little water ,to make thick consistency.
- In a frying pan add oil for frying once heated
- Now divide the potato mixture into equal portions an give a round shape.
- Once oil is heated, dip the potato mixture balls in the batter and fry till light golden colour.
- Serve hot with chutney
