  • Firstly, knead the dough for 10 minutes with ingredients listed for dough.
  • cover with a moist cloth and rest for 2 hours in warm place.
  • Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl prepare stuffing mixing the ingredients listed for stuffing.
  • After 2 hours, pinch a ball sized dough.Fill the ball of dough with the stuffing and seal it properly.
  • Apply oil on surface and dab the dough lightly and start rolling.sprinkle kalonji seeds and coriander leaves.
  • Dry roast the kulcha on hot tawa from both sides till they become golden brown.
  • Finally, spread some more butter and serve kulcha hot.
