About Anjeer Dryfruit Bites
Anjeer barfi is made of dried figs, dates and nuts, an easy guilt free sweet that is sugar free and can be prepared under 20 minutes. Anjeer Burfi is really simple to make and is healthier than most others, because there is no additional sugar in it! Some recipes call for mawa or milk powder to make an anjeer barfi which i have not used, Skeptical about the combo of anjeer with milk products.

Ingredients
- 20 Figs (nos)
- 15 Dates (nos)
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1/4 cup Almonds (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup Pistachios
- 3 tbsp Clarified Butter

Instructions
- Take figs, dates and raisins in mixer grinder jar and grind it finely. Transfer it to a plate.
- Heat clarified butter in no stick pan. Fry all the chopped dryfruiuts till it done light golden brown. Transfer it to a plate.
- In same pan add remain clarified butter and add grinded mixture in it. Mix it really well till it done soft and become shiny. Keep mixing.
- Add fried dryfruits n mix all the ingredients well. Switch off the flame till then grease barfi tray with little ghee.
- Fill anjeer mixture in barfi tray and set it for 2hours in refrigerator. Cut into square shape or in barfi pieces.
