Ingredients
- 6 - 7 wheat bread slices
- ½ bowl vegetables
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon chill powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic (chopped )
- 1 tbsp oil
- Chili (chopped )
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Cut the edges of the bread slices then keep aside.
- Make the fillings. Heat oil add chopped garlic, ginger paste, mixed veggies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, chopped fresh chilli and salt.
- Mix together and cover the lid for a few minutes. After cooking let it return to normal temperature.
- Now soak the bread slice then put the fillings and give round shape.
- Give oil brush to the aappam maker then keep on heating. Now bake the bread aappam for a few minutes in low flame.
- Cover with lid again turn bake both sides. Then serve with tomato sauce. It can be carried for your tiffin.
