  • Cut the edges of the bread slices then keep aside.

  • Make the fillings. Heat oil add chopped garlic, ginger paste, mixed veggies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, chopped fresh chilli and salt.

  • Mix together and cover the lid for a few minutes. After cooking let it return to normal temperature.

  • Now soak the bread slice then put the fillings and give round shape.

  • Give oil brush to the aappam maker then keep on heating. Now bake the bread aappam for a few minutes in low flame.

  • Cover with lid again turn bake both sides. Then serve with tomato sauce. It can be carried for your tiffin.
