Instructions
- Take a bowl of maida in a mixing bowl. Knead it with luke warm water. When dough is ready keep it aside. Now take a kadai and add little bit ghee in it.Roast all the dry ftuits. After roasting dryfruits, stirr fry mawa also.
- Keep stirring till it gets brown. Now switch off the flame. Let it cool at room temperature. Now Grind the dryfruits and mawa both coarsely. Mix condensed milk. You can use sugar powder also. But i have used condensed milk for the smooth texture.
- Now mix it very well. Now make very small balls of the dough. Make small puris of the balls.Stuff the mixture at one side of the Puri. Cover or fold it with other side by pasting it with water on the edges.
- Now slowly slowly fold the edges towards inside. Heat the oil for frying. Drop one by one Gunjhiya into the heated oil. Now fry it at the low flame. When it gets lighter brown then its done. Remove them from the oil.
- Now decorate them with the silver vark. Vark is optional. Its only for decorating.
