Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes (mashed)
- 1/2 cup Carrot (grated)
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/2 cup Cheese (grated )
- 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder
- Salt
- Oil (for baking)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking tray with a baking paper.
- Take the mashed potatoes, grated carrot, flax seeds,cheese, corn flour, garlic powder, pepper powder and salt in a bowl.
- Take enough potato mixture and shape as a oval shaped tots.
- Arrange the tots to the already prepared baking tray, brush tots with oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve with your favourite sauce.
