Banana chips are very famous in South India especially Kerela banana chips are very famous and is a perfect snack for tea time. We have tried the healthier version of this deep fried snack by backing the banana chips in airfryer. The outcome was great.

Ingredients
- 3-4 Banana (Raw )
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Peel the bananas and keep aside. Prepare a mixture of water, turmeric powder and salt.
- Cut slices of banana in this mixture. It will prevent the bananas to turn black and also will give nice yellow colour.
- Keep bananas soaked in this mixture for 5 -10 min. Drain the water and dry the chips.
- Apply little oil on chips to avoid sticking of banana chips in Air fryer. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 min. Air fry the chips for 15 min at 180 degrees. Add salt and chat masala.
- Store it in airtight jar and serve immediately.
