Ingredients
- 10 Bitter Gourd (small shaped)
- 5 tbsp Curd
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds (sauf)
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 5 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Take curd and mix all the ingredients (spices)
- Slit Bitter Gourd and fill this mixture of spices.
- Let it marinate overnight for best results.
- Heat the oil in wok and cook it for 30 mins, stir it occasionally so that it doesn't burn. Serve it with Rice and Daal.
