Instructions
- Wash and peel the beetroot, carrot and apple.
- Now chop finely and add to a blender or food processor
- Keep adding a little water and blending simultaneously until no big bits of vegetables or fruit remain.
- Once the pulp is homogeneous, add in the salt, ginger powder OR fresh grated ginger along with a little salt and blend one last time.
- Pour into a serving glass and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Using fresh seasonal, tender vegetables makes it very easy to blend and you donot require a juicer for making this health potion.
