Ingredients
- 500 gm Lady Finger
- 2 Onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1/4 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/4 Red Chillies (pwr)
- 1/4 tsp Degi Mirch
- 1/2 tsp Kitchen King Masala
- 1/4 tsp Mango (dry pwr)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric (pwr)
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder (coriender pwr)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin (pwr)
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 3 tbsp Flour (garam)
- 1/4 cup Oil

Instructions
- Combine all the spices, besan, ginger, garlic, green chilly paste, 2 tbsp oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Wash, wipe dry and trim both the ends of the bhindi. Slit each bhindi vertically without breaking or cutting into two halves.
- Fill each bhindi with the besan mixture.
- In a pan, put oil and grated onion. Saute it for 5 min. Add pinch of salt, stuffed bhindi and saute for 2-3 min. Now, cover with lid and cook on low heat till done.
- Serve bharwan bhindi hot with chapaties.
Recipe Notes
You can prepare stuffing in advance and store it in airtight container in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
