Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Hung Curd (th)
- 1/4 cup Cream (fresh th)
- 1/4 cup Condensed Milk (th)
- 1/2 cup Blackcurrants - 1/2 Cup (blackcurrants)
- Vanilla Extract (optional - (1/2 tsp))
- 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
- Whisk the hung curd and the sugar to form a smooth paste.
- Now whisk in the condensed milk , vanilla extract and cream into the above.
- Finally fold in the blackcurrants and pour it into ramekins.
- Put the ramekins in a bain Marie (a tray filled with hot water).
- Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180℃ and bake for 20 minutes. Chill and serve.
