Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour (or atta atta)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Yogurt (or curd, or dahi curd dahi)
- Water (as required for kneading)
- Roasting (or oil oil as required for)
- 2 florets Broccoli
- 1/4 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Cheese (grated)
- 1/4 leaves Coriander
- 5 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- In mixing bowl, add 1 ¼ cup of Whole Wheat flour (Atta), ½ tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of Oil and 1 ½ tsp of Yogurt (Dahi). Mix it well and add Water as required to knead the soft dough.
- Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 20 min.
- In a mixer grinder, take 2 cup of washed Broccoli Florets, 5 to 6 small Green Chillies, 1 tsp of chopped Garlic and ¼ cup of fresh Coriander leaves and grind all together.
- In a heating pan, take 1 tablespoon of Oil to that add ¼ cup of chopped Onions and sauté for 2 min.
- Then add grinded Broccoli mixture, ½ tsp of Salt and mix well.
- Lastly add ¼ cup of grated Cheese (as per your choice) and mix well for 1 min only.
- Now the stuffing is ready.
- After 20 Min, knead the dough again for more 2 Min by dusting dry flour over it, take one small portion of the dough and start to roll 4 inch round Puri.
- Then add 1 tsp of stuffing, make the potli shape (as shown in video) and seal the dough.
- Now with the help of dry flour start rolling into round 5 inch Paratha.
- Put Paratha on preheated tawa and roast it with 2 tsp of Oil from both the sides on medium flame.
- If required with the help of masher slightly press the Paratha and roast from both the sides.
- In a similar way, make all the Broccoli Parathas and serve hot with Dahi (Curd).

If the dough gets little sticky and rolling has a problem it is good to add some amount of dry flour to the dough to make it soft and pliable.
If while rolling the paratha, stuffing comes out then you can dust some dry flour on it and roll again.
