Broken Glass Jello/Pudding
About Broken Glass Jello/Pudding
A stunner !!!!!! This is what we can say when we see this broken glass jello pudding. It's a show stealer. And to say, it's made so very easily and without any hassles. A complete hassle free one in which no one can go wrong. It's that easy friends. Give it a try and know for yourselves. This has been my 6th try at this and every time it comes out perfect. Just take care that the milk mix should be cooled down completely before you add it to the jello cubes. Jello should be set just with a cup of boiling water and without following the package instructions for this recipe just to make sure that the jello remains firm. Follow these simple tips and instructions carefully and you will be able to whip up a fantastic dessert for your loved ones. Happy Chilling !!!!!!!

Instructions
- Use only a cup of boiling water to set the jellos. Do not follow the package instructions here. It is because we need firm jellos for this dessert.
- Pour them in individual bowls and set. After it cools down and comes to the room temperature, refrigerate it until more firm. Meanwhile in about quarter cup of water, add the agar agar strands.
- Bring it to a boil and then simmer until it dissolves completely. In another pan, combine the milk, cream and the condensed milk. Heat that on a low flame for 5 minutes and add agar agar to it.
- Mix well and allow it to cool down. Alternatively, remove the jello that has been set and cut them into small cubes. Follow the same for all the colours and place all that in a rectangular glass dish.
- After that, add the cooled milk mix to these jello cubes. Give it a good stir so that everything gets mixed up really well.
- Now it's time to keep that in the refrigerator to set overnight or for atleast 6-8 hours depending on the temperature at your place. For me it took almost 6 1/2 hours to set.
- Serve this amazing pudding in shapes of your choice and enjoy this melt in mouth, super delicious dessert with your loved ones and friends at any given instance.
