  • Burn bitter gourd and tomato. After then wash the bitter gourd then chop and remove the seeds if they are matured. So the bitterness will reduce.

  • Peel off the burnt tomato skins then chop. Now heat mustard oil add whole red chilli, cumin seeds and chopped ginger. Stir for a minute.

  • Add chopped karela, turmeric powder and salt. Sprinkle little water and cook until soft.

  • Now add coriander powder chilli powder and burnt tomato. Stir and again cook for a few minutes.
