Capsicum is a good source of vitamin A and C. Green capsicum has less sugar than red capsicum. We can try to feed our kids chemical free healthy sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 Capsicum (big size)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Green Peas
- 1 tsp Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- leaves Coriander (chopped)
- Lemon Juice
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Take a Capsicum burn with low flame. After cooling peal off the skin and keep aside.
- Take a pan add little oil, chopped onion, garlic, green chillies, green peas, salt and coriander leaves. Stir fry all ingredients. Add smoked capsicum and saute.
- Make a paste with all ingredients. Then add olive oil and lemon juice. Now the sauce is ready to serve.
- It can spread on bread toast or with tikki. There are many more recipes to serve with sauce. Can be kept in fridge for 2 - 3 days. I prefer to consume fresh.
