Ingredients
- 12 slice Brown Bread
- 2 no Capsicum
- 2 large Carrot (size)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Oats
- 1 cup Thick Curd
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Butter (or oil oil or as required)

Instructions
- wash and grate the carrot. thinly cut the capsicum .
- Soak the oats in curd for 1/2 hour. Now mix all the ingredients with curd and oats apart from bread slices .
- Apply the mixture on one bread slice then cover with second slice, grill or toast in sandwich maker with applying oil or butter . Serve hot with sauce or chutney .
Recipe Notes
you can also add some finely shreded cabbage.
