Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower (medium size )
- ½ cup chickpeas (boiled )
- ¼ cup Gram flour
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp kebab masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2-3 Green Chillies (chopped )
- 1/2 bunch Coriander (chopped )
- 5-6 mint leaves (chopped )
- Salt to taste (to taste)

Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower with boiled water then grate and keep aside.
- Make a soft dough with adding grated cauliflower, boiled chickpeas, chickpeas flour, ginger paste, kebab masala, chopped green chillies, chopped fresh coriander leaves, chopped fresh mint and salt.
- Apply oil on the both palms, take handful dough and give kewab shape.
- Apply oil on the griddle and shallow fry the veg kewab.
- Turn both sides to make it crispy.
- Make a dip with hung curd and mint. Now ready to serve with mint dip.
