  • Wash the cauliflower with boiled water then grate and keep aside.
  • Make a soft dough with adding grated cauliflower, boiled chickpeas, chickpeas flour, ginger paste, kebab masala, chopped green chillies, chopped fresh coriander leaves, chopped fresh mint and salt.

  • Apply oil on the both palms, take handful dough and give kewab shape.

  • Apply oil on the griddle and shallow fry the veg kewab.

  • Turn both sides to make it crispy.
