Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Stuffing (or cheese grated cheese)
- 1 / Bell Peppers (green, yellow,red- cup chopped)
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder (th)
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds (th)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 cup Dough (or maida maida)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil

Instructions
- Make a soft dough using maida, salt and oil. Rest it for 10-20 minutes.
- Mix salt with the chopped bell peppers and leaf aside for 5 minutes, they would leave water so squeeze out the excess water and mix rest of the Ingredients mentioned under stuffing.
- Now divide the dough into roundels and stuff them with the bell pepper mix and roll them like we roll stuffed parathas.
- Roast and fry them with oil
