  • Make the wheat chapati and keep aside.

  • Saute the chopped veggies, put olive oil, ginger garlic paste. After a few seconds add chopped veggies, salt, crushed black pepper, grated cheese, oregano, mixed herbs chilli flakes lemon juice. Then keep separate.

  • Make a batter with adding rice flour, garam flour, chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.

  • Heat a pan give oil brush pour the batter and put a chapati. Then put the cooked veggies, again spread cheese all over the veggies.

  • Cover with one more chapati again pour the batter and flip other side. Now cut the cheese bread into four parts.

  • Now it is ready to serve with mustard sauce or any other sauce or without any combination. It is full meal and good for tiffin packed.
