Ingredients
- 2 cup Basmati Rice (soaked for soaked)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup Shredded Chicken (boiled and)
- 1 White Onion (cut into cubes spring)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Ajinomoto
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- 3 Green Chillies (roughly chopped)
- 4 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Cook rice with little required water n salt (do not over cooked) when it's done switch off the flame n transfer rice in tray n spread it on all over tray this will help to keep rice seperate.

- Heat cooking oil in wok add ginger garlic and saute for 30seconds on high flame.
- Add onion and green chilies saute for few seconds on high flame.
- Now add little salt to taste in egg n whisk it. Add n cooked till it done.
- Add soy sauce, ajinomoto and vinegar mix it well.
- Add cooked rice, shredded chicken and spring onion, keep sauteing for minute on high flame. Switch off the flame.
- Chicken fried rice is ready to serve. Serve this hot with schezwan chutney.
