Ingredients
- 1-2 Chicken Thighs (of Leg pieces)
- 5-7 Mushroom (cut into half)
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt (to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary (Fresh or Dried )
- 7-8 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Pepper (Freshly Ground )

Instructions
- Make deep cuts in the meat.
- Marinate with rest of ingredients
- Keep it refrigerated for 2 hours
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220 degree centigrade for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Make sure you check your meat when getting baked inside oven to prevent from burning
