Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rice
- 2 cup Chicken Stock
- 250 gm Chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 1 Spring Onion (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Soak rice for 2hours and after that drain extra water. Grind 1/2 soaked rice into fine paste. I m not going to use cornstarch.
- Heat oil in deep pan add spring onion and saute it for 2minutes on low flame.
- Add chicken pieces and cook for 5minutes on medium flame or till it done.
- Add salt and black pepper powder, mix it well.
- Add soaked rice and rice paste which prepared earlier, saute for minute.
- Add chicken stock in it. Cover the lid and cook till rice done. Do not over cook.
- Chicken and rice soup is ready to serve. Serve this hot in soup bowl.
