Ingredients
- 100 gm Self Raising Flour
- 100 gm Dark Chocolate
- 50 gm Butter
- 50 gm Choco Chips
- 1 Baking Powder (tspn)
- 1 Eggs
- 2 Castor Sugar (tbspn)
- Icing Sugar (to sprinkle)
- Fruit (or jam jam)

Instructions
- Sift flour and baking powder properly mix it
- Beat butter sugar and egg until it becomes light in color and fluffy.
- Melt your chocolate using double boiler
- Add chocolate in that mixture
- Add sifted flour and baking powder in that batter
- Fold it using spatula ,then preheat your oven at 180degreeÂ
- Pour the batter in your molds add only 3/4th of the mold then add choco chips and again fill your mold with your batter
- Bake it for about 14-15 min
- Let them cool in a wire rack and sprinkle some icing sugar on it and present with fruit jam Serve hot to see the melted lava coming from the muffin
