Coconut Makhana Ladoo are healthy ladoos as both coconut and makhana are nutritionally rich, full of fibers and very beneficial for health. Minimal quantity of ghee is used in this recipe but taste is much different from other ladoos.

Ingredients
- 1 pcs Coconut (or malai fresh or malai)
- 1/ pcs Coconut (fresh dry)
- 50 gm Lotus Seeds (or makhana makhana)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Desi Ghee

Instructions
- In a chopper / mixer grinder, grind both coconut, sugar and add little coconut water or milk to grind well. Heat desi ghee in a kadai, roast the coconut mixture on medium flame till it turns little brown.
- Dry roast makhana in kadai or microwave. Crush the makhana.. Add crushed makhana in coconut mixture. Roast for another 5-10 min. Cool down the mixture.
- Add rose petals to mixture and make nice round ladoos with the prepared mixture.
