  • In a bowl take grated carrot, finely chopped cucumber, tomatoes, shredded cabbage and lettuce leaves.
  • Add mayonnaise, cheese n chilly sandwich spread, butter, salt, black pepper powder and mix everything well. The filling is ready.
  • Cut the sides of all the bread slices.
  • Apply 1/2 tsp of butter on each bread slice.
  • Take 2-3 tbsp of the prepared filling and spread evenly.
  • Cover the sandwich with another bread slice with butter spread part facing downwards.
  • Repeat the same process for making rest of the Sandwich.
  • Cut in half and Serve.
