Ingredients
- 8 slice Sandwich Bread
- 1 cup Grated Carrot
- 1/2 cup Tomato (remove the seeds finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Cucumber (finely chopped)
- 1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
- 3-4 leaves Lettuce (roughly torn)
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Cheese (or spread n chilly sandwich spread)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- In a bowl take grated carrot, finely chopped cucumber, tomatoes, shredded cabbage and lettuce leaves.
- Add mayonnaise, cheese n chilly sandwich spread, butter, salt, black pepper powder and mix everything well. The filling is ready.
- Cut the sides of all the bread slices.
- Apply 1/2 tsp of butter on each bread slice.
- Take 2-3 tbsp of the prepared filling and spread evenly.
- Cover the sandwich with another bread slice with butter spread part facing downwards.
- Repeat the same process for making rest of the Sandwich.
- Cut in half and Serve.
