About Corn Soup
Corn has antioxidant agent, it is rich in vitamin and mineral. Yellow coloured is good for eye health. It may be any source of corn, like whole grain corn, popcorn, sweet corn or baby corn.
We consume soup in breakfast, before meal or before dinner. So that we can control our diet.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Corn (boiled)
- 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- Mixed Herbs (dried)
- 2 cup Vegetable Stock
- Pepper (or salt season with salt and)

Instructions
- Boil the corn then make a smooth paste. If you need you can strain the paste.
- Heat a pan add butter, then garlic paste and saute.
- Now pour the tomato puree, corn paste and vegetable stock. Let boil for a few minutes.
- Add dried mixed herbs and season with salt and pepper. Now ready to serve hot soup.
