Ingredients
- 20 Baby Potato (nos par boiled)
- 3 tbsp Eggless Mayyonaise (eggless mayyonaise)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Herb (oregano, parsley, thyme n basil mix)
- 1 pinch Black Pepper (big crushed powder)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Chopped Corriander Leaves (chopped corriander)
- Oil (for shallow fry)

Instructions
- Par Boil potatoes then press it gently in between palm.
- In mixing bowl take potatoes, corn starch, salt n red chili powder mix ingredients well.
- Heat oil on nonstick pan n fry potatoes till they turnout golden crisp.
- Take mixing bowl mix ingredients well ( mayyonaise, ketchup, red chilli sauce, honey, black pepper, paprika, mix herb, salt, onion and coriander).
- Put fried potatoes in it n mix gently.
- Serve in plate n garnish with chopped onion n coriander leaves
