This Potato fry is a very easy, simple and quick recipe. It is a soul food prepared with minimal ingredients which are easily available in our pantry. A perfect side dish , I love to have this with dal chawal.

Ingredients
- 3 large Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1-2 leaves Coriander (chopped)

Instructions
- Peel the potato skin and sliced them into rounds.
- In a bowl add the sliced potatoes, salt to taste, turmeric powder and the ginger garlic paste. Mix them well. Cover and keep aside for few mins.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds and let it turn brown.
- Now add the marinated potatoes and cook on high heat for 5 mins. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for further 10 mins.
- Next add the garam masala powder, mix well and cook for another 5 mins in high heat.
- Add chopped coriander leaves, mix well and take off the heat.
