Lahori masala is ready made masala nothing to do just marinate and fry. I used onion paste, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and chilli powder.

Ingredients
- 500 gm Fish (rahu)
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tbsp Onion Paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Masala (lahori powder)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Wash the fish pieces marinate with onion paste, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, chilli powder. Keep aside for 10- 25 minutes.
- Then coat with rice flour, Lahori masala and salt. Now shallow fry and serve along with steamed rice or as a side dish.
