Crispy Thread Paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese appetizer where paneer pieces are marinated in a spicy mixture, wrapped in cooked noodles and then deep fried till crispy. Airfryer made my job easy, no more deep frying this crunchy snack.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Paneer
- 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- Salt (As per taste)
- Black Pepper (optional)
- 1 pack Noodles

Instructions
- Prepare marinade by mixing all ingredients. Marinate paneer pcs in the prepare marinade for 10-15 minutes.
- Boil noodles and wash with cold water.
- Cover coated paneer with boiled noodles and then either deep fry or airfry at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes till crispy.
