These adorable bite-sized appetizers are stuffed with Avocado and sun dried tomato spread. Very easy to make and tasty too for the weight watchers who are trying to shed weight.

Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber (green, big & long, dark )
- ¾ cup Sun Dried Tomatoes (in olive oil)
- ½ tsp Chilli flakes
- ¼ Avocado
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Chaat Masala

Instructions
- Clean and wash cucumber thoroughly as it is not to be peeled. Using a mandolin carefully slice the cucumbers into thin long slices
- Add sun dried tomatoes, avocado, salt, and red chili flakes into mixer jar. Pulse it till every thing combines well and forms a paste.
- Add chaat masala for that zing. Mix well again. Using the spoon, spread paste down the middle of a slice of cucumber.
- Carefully roll up the cucumber stick a toothpick through to hold it all together. Garnish with tomato juliennes.
