Yummy cheesy burger made with egg patties, boiled egg and fresh crunchy veggies. Make this and let your kids drool over it.

Ingredients
- 1 Burger Bun
- 2 cheese slices
- 1 Eggs
- 2 onion (slices)
- 2 cucumber (slices)
- 2 capsicum (slices)
- 2 tomato (slices)
- 1 lettuce
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise (or sandwich spread)
For Patties
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Green Chillies (small, finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp oil

Instructions
- In a sauce pan add some water and add one egg and bring to boil till it hard boiled. Remove shell and cut the egg into halves. Keep aside.
- For the patties, break the egg in a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients mentioned in list except oil and mix well to incorporate them nicely.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Reduce the heat add the egg mixture to it and make a round disc from the mixture. Cook in low-medium heat till golden on both sides.
- Now for layering the burger, cut the burger bun into two. Apply the sandwich spread on both the sides of the bun.
- Lay the lettuce, over it lay one cheese slice followed by the egg patties.
- Spread some tomato ketchup over it and then layer it with onion, capsicums, cucumber and tomato slices.
- Spread some tomato ketchup and lay the other cheese slice followed by one halve egg and cover the bun with the other halve.
- Heat a pan or tawa, reduce the heat and add the burger bun, cover the pan and let it stand for 2-3 minutes, the cheese will start to melt, take off the heat.
- Garnish with other halve egg and serve.
