This is a fusion dish of Indian style TIKKIS with Moroccan falafel. A delicious and healthy starter for any occasion. Incorporating the flavours of Tahini into this lip-smacking dish.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Chana (boiled kabuli)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
- 3 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Tahini (roasted sesame seeds ground with oil to form a paste - 2 tsp, or paste paste)
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour (or maida maida)
- slice Croutons (or masala, or bread masala bread)
- Red Chillies
- Pepper Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Refined Oil
- 1/2 cup Hung Curd (or yoghurt, or dip yoghurt dip)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder (th)

Instructions
- Mash the boiled kabuli Chana in a mixer grinder to form a coarse paste.
- Now mix it with rest of the ingredients and shape to form TIKKIS. Now shallow fry them in little oil. Serve.
- Masala croutons : Cut the bread slices into desired shapes and shallow fry them in little oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and red chilly powder onto them. Serve.
- Beat the hung curd with a spoon and slowly add oil and keep beating. Add rest of the ingredients according to personal taste and mix. Serve.
- Serve the falafel TIKKIS with little dip and a crouton on top.
