Normally people think kalia means it is more spicy. In hotel or restaurant they use more ingredients and it is definitely rich in taste. But when we are cooking in our kitchen we should think about our family members. Sometimes there may be children sometimes aged person sometimes diet restricted person but they also willing to taste the recipe. In that case we should always carefully use the ingredients.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Fish
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 red chili powder
- 1/2 Garam Masala
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Coconut Cream
- leaves Bay Leaves (bay)
- Oil
- leaves Coriander
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Wash the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric. Then shallow fry and keep aside.
- Make a paste with cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and curd. Then keep separate.
- Take a pan heat oil add bay leaves, ginger garlic paste. Stir for a few seconds then add chopped tomato. Then add mixed paste and salt stir continuously.
- Add little water add fried fish pieces and cook for a few minutes. Then add garam masala. Switch off the flame add coriander leaves and coconut cream.
- It can be served with steamed rice or chapati. Let me know how you enjoy the recipe and other fish recipes.
