Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice (raw)
- 1/4 cup Urad Dal
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- For The Chutney (for the chutney)
- 1 cup Coconut (grated)
- 3 Green Chillies
- 2 tsp Roasted Chana Dal
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Water (as required)
- 2 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- 1 leaves Curry
- Mango (freshly cut as required)

Instructions
- Soak the rice and urad dal for 4-5 hours. Grind it together in a mixer till soft flowing batter is made. Ferment overnight.
- Blend the grated coconut, green chillies, roasted chana dal and salt in a mixer. Add water as required to form a chutney. Heat oil in a small kadai and add mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves. Once they splutter, add it to the chutney.
- Heat a non stick pan and pour the batter to form a dosa. Cook on both sides. Remove from the pan and stuff it with fresh pieces of alphonso mangoes. Serve with coconut chutney.
