Those who are egg lover can try this recipe. If you are a single searching what to do then take a big sized potato cut it Julian and dip into water. Boil a glass of water, take out from cold water now dip into boiling water. Strain the boiling water just after a single boil. Then rub the par boil Julian potato with corn flour and deep fry. Follow the remaining recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 Potato (big sized)
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (for deep fry)
- 1 tsp Butter

Instructions
- Cut the potato in Julian and dip into normal water.
- Boil a glass of water or as required. Potato should dipped into water.
- Take out the Julian potato and dip into boiling water.
- After a single boil strain water. Spread the par boiled potato. Then rub with corn flour.
- Either it can be kept in fridge or direct fry.
- After frying sprinkle with salt and season with black pepper. Also can sprinkle with chat masala.
- Now fry an egg with butter and season with salt pepper.
- Serve in a plate both egg and fried potatoes.
Recipe Notes
It can be serve as a snacks or breakfast.
After par boil it will not absorb more oil.
