  • 1. Switch on the stove. 2. Keep a medium sized kadai and add 4 cups of water 3. Add two cups of pasta

  • On the other side keep another kadai , Add two tablespoons of oil Add Paneer and fry it until it turns golden brown Note:- Keep an eye on Pasta , It should not be over-boiled.

  • Once after the paneer is fried , In the same Pan Add Green-chillies, One full of Capsicum, Onions fry for sometime.

  • Add 1 Tablespoon of Salt Add 1/2 Tablespoon of Chilli Powder

  • Add Tomato or Vegetable Soup Powder or Pasta Masala for Thick Gravy Texture

  • Once the gravy Texture is formed Add the Cooked Pasta

Recipe Notes

  1. Tomato or Vegetable Soup Powder  are optional.
  2. Paneer is stored in Deep Freezer, In order to bring it normal temperature many of you use Cold water but boil the water and pour it a hot box and keep the paneer in it and leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes.
