Outer shell of chana can provide good amount of fibre. According to Ayurveda it is perfect snack for weight loss.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Chana (boiled)
- 1 Red Chillies
- 1 tsp Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Grated Carrot
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Pinch Asafoetida
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Soak chana overnight then boil until soft.
- Heat oil, temper with red chilli, cumin seeds and hing. Add boiled chana, cumin powder, green chillies, grated carrot and salt.
- Saute a few minutes, off the flame, add chat masala and lemon juice. Ready to serve and enjoy garma garam chana.
