Gobi Manchurian itself a very tasty dish.I have made it with roti wrap with some salads to make it more interesting.

Ingredients
- 1 gm Flour
- 1 Capsicum
- 4 tsp Corn Flour
- 3 tsp Spring Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (or ginger, or garlic or chopped ginger garlic )
- 2 tsp Chilli Sauce (or tomato tomato )
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (for frying)
- 2 cup Wheat (multi grain )
- 1 tsp Semolina
- Cucumber (onion...1bowl for salad chopped)
- Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder

Instructions
- Make a dough of wheat flour,salt,oil & required water.Cover it with a wet cloth & keep aside.
- For Manchurian, at first boil cauliflower cubes with water & a spoon of salt.
- Make a thick batter of gram flour, corn flour,salt, red chilli powder & turmeric powder.
- Now dip the boiled cauliflower cubes in batter & deep fry it.
- For Manchurian gravy heat 1tspn oil,add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.
- Add chopped capsicum, spring onion, salt, pepper powder, all sauces & cook it for 5 minutes.
- Mix 1tspn corn flour with 2tspn water & add it to the gravy.Now add fried Gobi in it & toss it in high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.If needed add some tomato chilli sauce & switch off the flame.
- Now take a small portion from wheat dough,roll it & make chapati using oil or ghee.
- Now take a plate, place chapati on it, spread some tomato chilli sauce in the middle portion of the chapati.Put 3 to 4 Gobi Manchurian & some heavy also
- Add chopped cucumber, onion & sprinkle chat masala.If you want extra spice,add chopped green chilli.
- Now wrap it with foil or tissue paper & serve it.
