Ingredients
- 250 gm Green Peas (fresh)
- 4 Onions
- 5 Tomato
- 7 Garlic (heads)
- inch Ginger (an size)
- cloves Cinnamon (and)
- 1 Green Chillies
- 1 spoon Cumin Seeds (tea)
- 2 spoons Coriander (seed powder tea)
- 1 spoon red chili powder (tea)
- 1/2 spoon Garam Masal Powder 1/2 Tea Spoon (garam masal powder tea)
- 5 Cashews
- 1 spoon Oil (tb)
- 1 spoon Butter (or ghee or ghee tb)
- 3 spoons Kasuri Methi (tea)

Instructions
- Heat a kadai with 1/2 tb spoon of oil. Fry the onions to golden brown. Add the ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the tomato pieces and fry in medium flame till the tomatoes are cooked pulpy.
- After they get cooled add the cashews with them and grind to paste and keep aside.
- In a wok heat the remaining oil and butter. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon and cloves. After the cumin seeds get splutter add the capsicum pieces and green peas and keep stirring in medium flame.
- Now add all the powders given in the ingredients list with required salt. Stir well. By this time the peas would have cooked fifty percent.
- Now add the paste and mix well. Close the wok with a lid and let the green peas get cooked fully in low flame for 7 minutes.
- Then add 2 cups of water and let it to boil well. Put the Kasuri methis leaves. The green peas masala is ready now.
