Ingredients
- 1 bowl green peas
- 1 cup carrot (boiled )
- 1 cup mushroom
- ½ tsp cumin seed
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp onion paste
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp coriander (roasted )
- 1 tsp fennel powder (roasted )
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp oil (or ghee)
- 1-2 Green Chillies
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Wash the green peas then make a paste with green chilies.
- Take a pan heat oil then put cumin seeds. Add onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, tomato paste and salt. Stir continuously and sauté for a minute.
- Add green chiles and green peas paste. Stir continuously add glass of water to make the gravy.
- Add green chilies, mushroom and boiled carrot. Cook without covering and see the thickness of the gravy.
- Add roasted coriander powder, roasted fennel powder, cinnamon powder and Shahi garam masala.
- Now you can add ghee and serve with any combination or without any other. Just take a bowl full and star eating to feel warm yourself.
