Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 1/2 cup Carrot
- 1/2 cup Cucumber
- 1 to Tomato
- 1/4 cup Sweet Corn
- 1/2 cup Coriander
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/2 cup Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Sprouts (options boiled)
- 2 tsp Seeds (seasam)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Curry
- 1 tsp Oil (olivia)
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 cup Seeds (pomagranat)
- 1/4 tsp Mango (dry pwr)

Instructions
- Wash and chop all veggies.
- In a bowl, put onion,carrot,cucumber,tomato,coriander leaves,sweet corn, sprouts cabbage,curry leaves,salt,black pepper,lemon juice and mix well.
- Now sprinkle in roasted sesame seeds,add pomegranate seeds.Sprinkle some dry mango powder.Now add 1 tsp olive oil.
- Healthy and weight loss salad is ready now.
