  • Wash and chop all veggies.
  • In a bowl, put onion,carrot,cucumber,tomato,coriander leaves,sweet corn, sprouts cabbage,curry leaves,salt,black pepper,lemon juice and mix well.
  • Now sprinkle in roasted sesame seeds,add pomegranate seeds.Sprinkle some dry mango powder.Now add 1 tsp olive oil.
  • Healthy and weight loss salad is ready now.
