Ingredients
- Watermelon (or paneer for grill paneer and)
- 200 gm Paneer
- 1 tbsp Dressing (or mustard mustard)
- 1 tbsp Mayo (mayo)
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 slices Watermelon (cut in rounds)
- Millet (for upma)
- 1 cup Pearl Millet
- 1 Onion (chop)
- 1 Oil (thappad)
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1 tsp Ginger (chop)
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Tomato (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Corn (boiled)
- 2 Peas (tha boiled)
- 2 tbsp Carrot (chopped)
- 2 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala

Instructions
- Boil two cup water add salt and millet.cook it.heat oil in pan add jeera ,garlic,ginger and onion saute them.add all vegetables and cook them add lemon juice and zest sprinkle coriander leaves.our upma is ready
- Now take round watermelon slices and paneer slices.mix mayo and mustard dressing add paneer slices in it and marinate for 20 min.than add butter in grill pan and grill paneer and watermelon slices.add salt,pepper,flakes and sesame seeds on paneer
- Add honey and salt on watermelon slice.serve grill paneer with upma and watermelon.pour some mustard mayo sauce
