We love it so much that we have it as snack, very often.

Ingredients
- Atta (1 cup sauri varai gyarsi)
- 2 Potatoes (boiled)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Black Pepper Powder (to season)

Instructions
- Grate the boiled potatoes. Add the ekadashi atta and seasonings. Make round balls and flatten. Shallow fry on tawa. Serve hot.
