Healthy soup means what ingredients we are using and how we are preparing. I added fresh turmeric paste which is very good health. Bajra flour that is healthy millet and will bring to good consistency.

Ingredients
- ½ bowl Green Vegetables
- 2 tbsp bajra flour
- 1 tsp turmeric paste (fresh )
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- ¼ cup sweet potato (boiled )
- ¼ cup sweet corn
- 1 tsp garlic (chopped )
- 1 tsp Green Chillies (chopped )
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 5 bok choy leaves
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp herbs (mixed )
- Himalayan Pink Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Boil all veggies, spring garlic, sweet potato, sweet corn. Add bajra paste, ginger paste, turmeric paste, pink salt and black pepper.
- Put off the flame add lemon juice. In other side for tempering add olive oil chopped garlic and chopped bok choy. Stir for a minute then pour on the cooked soup.
- Finally sprinkle with mixed herbs and serve hot soup. Get relief from cold in winter. Healthy soup with seasonal veggies we can consume in any season anytime.
