Ingredients
- 4 piece Brown Bread Slices
- 100 gm Spinach
- 1/2 cup Corn kernels (Fresh )
- 100 gm Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Spring onions (chopped )
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Cream (Homemade, Malai OR Mayonnaise - )
- Salt (as per taste)
- Black pepper powder (as per taste)

Instructions
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, sauté spinach on medium flame for 1-2 min. Add corns and sauté for 1 min. Add salt and mix well.
- Cool the mixture. Add crumble cheese, black pepper, onions, tomato ketchup and cream. Mix well.
- Remove the brown edges of bread slices and spread little butter on all the slices.
- Place the prepared stuffing and healthy high protein sandwiches are ready to serve.
