Hummus full Arabic name: hummus bi tahini Arabic is a Levantine dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas or other beans, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. popular in the Middle East and in Middle Eastern cuisine around the globe. It can also be found in most grocery stores in North America and Europe.
Hummus" comes from the Arabic word meaning "chickpeas. Hummus is a popular dip in Egypt where it is eaten with pita, and frequently flavored with cumin or other spices.
Hummus goes well with veg salad, chips, nachos, crackers or burgers, sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chickpeas (boiled â)
- 1/2 tbsp Tahini (or sauce sauce â)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice (â)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (â)
- 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Paper €“ ½ Tsp (freshly ground black paper â)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Water (adjust the consistency)

Instructions
- Add all ingredients into blender. Blend it for a minute.
- Add sufficient water and blend it into a smooth paste.
- Store in an airtight container and transfer to the refrigerator.
