Falafel makes a great appetizer when paired with hummus for dipping. For a quick meal, serve atop a salad or inside pita bread with lettuce, tomatoes, and a drizzle of tahini.

Ingredients
- to cup Chana (make hummus kabuli boiled)
- 4 Garlic (flakes)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil (or tahini, or white, or til, or paste tahini roast white til fr while grind it in mixer with make smooth paste)
- 1 tsp Jeera Powder
- 4 tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1-2 sprig Parsley (or dhania or hara dhania)
- red chili powder (. lalmirch powder)
- Black Pepper Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- to cup Chana (make falafel boiled kabuli)
- 1 Onion
- 4 Garlic (flakes)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (lalmirch powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, 1 tsp each,, or as per taste)
- 1 Green Chillies
- Parsley (or dhania or hara dhania)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs (approx)

Instructions
- For falafel In a bowl take boiled kabuli chana. Crush it with spoon. In a mixer pulse onion, garlic & green chilli. Mix this with kabuli Chana. Add above mentioned masalas listed under falafel.
- Add bread crumbs but not all at once. Add slowly to make a dense mixture to easily make Falafel pattice.
- Take small portion of it. Make small round balls,flatten it. Shallow fry it in a pan or tawa.
- Remove it on tissue paper to drain any excess oil.
- To make hummus : In a mixer put above mentioned ingredients listed under making hummus along with boiled chana except olive oil. pulse it. Slowly add olive oil. Pulse again.
- Keep adding olive oil till it forms a thick paste. Add boiled chana water to adjust the consistency of hummus.
- Take out in serving bowl. Garnish with chopped parsley and red chilli powder.
- Serve hot falafel with Cream cracker biscuits, Salad like lettuce leaves, Carrots & Cucumbers. Enjoy Healthy Hummus & Falafel.
